Died 186

Antoninus was a public executioner, involved in the execution of many early Christians. It is believed that during the trial of St. Eusebius, a tradition that is not possible, Antoninus received a vision and converted to Christianity. The proclamation of faith cost his life and he was beheaded in 186.[1]
